Christine is a fellow emergency C-section mom, with one on the way, who truly “gets” what its like to recover postpartum. In a world of bounce-back culture, Christine is passionate about building a solid foundation during the postpartum period so that you end up stronger after baby.

But this journey shouldn’t just start postpartum, it begins with training during pregnancy to prep for birth and the 4th trimester.
