Hi, I’m Christine!

Hey there! I’m Christine, a South Denver-based personal trainer who was a total “non-athlete, non-runner, and not-even-interested-in-fitness” type until I hit 21 - I started Weight Watchers in 6th grade! I found lifting weights in 2017 and never looked back, and have helped 100s of women lose weight and get strong since.

Fast forward to now — As a mom, having a baby (and going through an emergency C-section) was hands down the most humbling experience of my life! With hard work and a lot of slowing down, I rebuilt my own strength and am even stronger now, in motherhood.

I found my passion for helping other moms reconnect with their bodies and rediscover their pre-kid strength (and confidence!).

I’m a certified pelvic floor, prenatal, and postnatal trainer.

Together, we’ll rebuild your core and pelvic floor, get you feeling strong and athletic again, and most importantly, focus on your mental health. Because moms deserve to feel amazing too!
